This datasets provides material stock of Brussels Capital Region offices per statistical sectors.

This dataset combines two elements:
First the m² of office space in Brussels per statistical sector (https://monitoringdesquartiers.brussels/). The reference year taken in this dataset is 2012.

Second the material composition for an office building (this material composition was developed by receiving bill of quantities received from architects) and available in this publication https://metabolismofcities.org/resources/publications/858
