North-Holland wants to transition to a circular economy in order to prepare the province for a sustainable future, while at the same time creating a healthy economy. To make this ambitious transition a reality, Circle Economy completed a Circle Region Scan for the Dutch province. Through this guided process, 58 practical, circular opportunities for the province were identified. The opportunity map focuses on seven clusters within the province that represent the largest economic value and offer the most employment opportunities.
