This report presents the results of the Circle City Scan of the city of Bilbao, and the surrounding territory of Bizkaia, in Spain. It consists of a visual roadmap with an analysis and identification of impactful and tangible opportunities to spark the circular transition within the city and the territory, based on MFA. A total of twelve strategies were developed for implementation in the metal, trade and tourism sectors in Bizkaia. Based on stakeholder discussions and impact analysis, six strategies were prioritized.
