Description

We have set up a commenting system which allows people to leave comments on a page. This was activated previously for the AScUS unconference and shown for library items. The question is: do we want to make this a permanent feature?

I personally do think it may be a nice feature. We should only allow registered users to comment, and it may be nice to send the authors (if we have their email on file) a copy of the comment. But it will also come with curation needs (may be doable though - I wouldn't expect flooding here), and we must consider if it looks bad if most of the publications have no comments whatsoever (which will be the case).
