I have a background in business management and operations. I got Bachelor in Management in Ecuador at the Catholic University of Guayaquil. and an MBA and Financing Sustainability course at INCAE Busines School in Costa Rica. She obtained certifications in Green Economy, Project Management and Sustainability at Ryerson University.

She has more than 10 years of experience in Research, Market Intelligence, Strategies and PR, Trade Fairs, Leadership Workshops, Strategic Planning, and streamlining processes. Being qualified as an International Consultant by WRI in the first International New Ventures contest in Brazil.
As a volunteer, she collaborates with the Latin American Center for Entrepreneurs of INCAE Business School. Also, she is a member of the Advisory Council of the Department of Languages and Linguistics of Ryerson University and supports research projects for the Canadian Hispanic Congress (CHC). Due to my job I visited many countries in Central and South America.
